There are plenty of opportunities to join in with our branches of Shiatsu; learning about and experiencing the amazing healing art of Shiatsu. 

All enquiries are welcome for all the different classes available.

The Brighton branch is based in Southwick, at the Sussex MS Centre, surrounded by parkland and just 10 minutes along the coast from the bustling centre of Brighton & Hove.

The London branch is based in The Helios Centre, in Holborn, right in the heart of London. With just a 4-minute walk from Holborn Tube station.

At both branches we welcome our students from a wide geographical area and backgrounds; all coming together to experience the personal and enriching art of Shiatsu hands-on therapy in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. All our classes are taught by experienced teachers who are passionate about Shiatsu.
